- In the Oka Sho, the first classic race, she was 2nd favorite.
The most favorite was Lucky Lilac, the two-year-old queen.
Almond Eye didn’t get off to a good start and was second in the back.
She passed 15 horses in the home stretch.
She won by 1+3/4 lengths and broke the race-record.
It was her first G1 win. - In the Yushun Himba (Japanese Oaks), the second classic race, she was 1st favorite.
She took the lead 200m before the finish-line and won by 2 lengths. - In the Shuka Sho, the third classic race, she was 1st favorite.
She won by 1+1/2 lengths.
She became a Triple Crown filly. - In the Japan Cup, she showed a great run.
She beat the race-record by a whopping 1.5 seconds.
She also broke the world record for the 2400m-turf-race by 1.3 seconds. - She won the JRA Award for Best Three-Year-Old Filly (2018) and JRA Award for Horse of the Year (2018) by full votes.
It was the first time since T.M. Opera O in 2000 that a horse had been elected as the Horse of the Year by full votes. - In the Dubai Turf, she had the world’s attention.
She lived up to expectations and won. - In the Yasuda Kinen (2019), Logi Cry ran cross shortly after the race started.

Almond Eye was involved in the accident.
After all, she finished 3rd. - In the Victoria Mile, she won her 7th G1 victory.
She tied the JRA record for most turf G1 wins. - In the Yasuda Kinen (2020), she was expected to set a new record, but was beaten by Gran Alegria.
- In the Tenno Sho (Autumn), she was 1st favorite.
She took the lead early and won by 1/2 lengths.
She finally won her eighth turf G1 race, which was a new record.

With Contrail and Daring Tact, the two undefeated Triple Crown winners of the year, and Almond Eye, the Triple Crown winner from two years ago, the race was called the “Dream Race”.
Almond Eye was 1st favorite, Contrail was 2nd favorite and Daring Tact was 3rd favorite.
Almond Eye showed a perfect last run.
After all, as per the order of favorites, Almond Eye finished 1st, Contrail finished 2nd, and Daring Tact finished 3rd.
