- In the Hanshin Juvenile Filies, Buena Vista easily won.
It was her first G1 win - In the Oka Sho, the first classic race, she came from behind.
She passed Red Desire in the home stretch and finished in 1st place. - In the Yushun Himba, the second classic race, she came from behind again.
She passed Red Desire just before the finish-line. - In the Shuka Sho, the last classic race, she was expected to be a Triple Crown Filly.
She slightly lost to Red Desire.
In addition, she interfered with Broad Street and was changed the place to 3rd.
She could not become a Triple Crown Filly.

- She had been the first favorite since her debut in JRA races. (19 times)
But in the Japan Cup, she was the second favorite for the first time because she didn’t win over a year.
