  • In 2004 (age 3), Company debuted.

  • In 2005 (age 4), he won the Keihan Hai.
It was his first G3 win.
  • In 2006 (age 5), he won the Sankei Osaka Hai.
It was his first G2 win.
He ran three G1 races but didn’t get good results in this year.
  • In 2007 (age 6), he won the Sekiya Kinen.
He finished in 3rd place in the Tenno Sho (Autumn) (G1).

However Company followed Vodka and finally overtook her.
It was his third run with vodka, and he won the first time.
  • In the Tenno Sho (Autumn) (2009), he was 5th favorite.
He took the lead 200m before the finish-line and won by 1+3/4 lengths.
It was the first time in history that an 8-year-old horse won the first-G1-race.
(To begin with, no horse has ever won a G1 race as an 8-year-old before.)
  • Before the Mile Championship, his connections announced his retirement after the race.
He became 1st favorite in a G1 race for the first time in his life.
He won as the star of the race with the crowd expecting him to.
  • He was given the JRA Special Award because he won the G1 race at the age of 8.
