- He was born from a mare-line called “スカーレット一族 (Scarlet Family)”, which was spread from his grand-dam, Scarlet Ink.

In 2004 (age 3)
- In the Satsuki Sho, he was 10th favorite.
He took the lead in the home stretch and won. - After that, his roarer (throat ringing) got worse.
His connections have decided to operate on him after he finished last in the Tenno Sho (Autumn).
But the surgery gave him a 10 to 20 percent chance of returning to top form.
(On a scale of one to five, his condition was a four to five, and it was very bad.)
In 2005 (age 4)
- He was back In the Lord Derby Challenge Trophy.
He won by 2 lengths. - He finished a close second to first in the Mile Championship.
In 2006 (age 5)
- In the Tenno Sho (Autumn), he won by 1/2 lengths.
It was the first G1-race-victory in more than two years. - In the Mile Championship, he was 1st favorite.
He won by neck defeating Dance in the Mood.
In 2007 (age 6)
- He won the Yasuda Kinen and Mile Championship.
He has won the mile G1 races for the third consecutive time since last year’s Mile Championship. - In the Arima Kinen, it was a last race for him.
His sister Daiwa Scarlet also participated.
Although it was a 2500m race that he was not good at, he finished in 3rd place. (1st: Matsurida Gogh , 2nd: Daiwa Scarlet) - He was the most successful example of overcoming roar in Japan.
Stud Career
- He is a sire of such as Curren Black Hill, Major Emblem, Admire Mars and Resistencia.
- There are no special horses in his crops, but his crops grow fast and are very good at mile races.
His crops also excels in dirt racing and has a very good chance of winning more than one.
He is a useful stallion for horse producers and owners
