Stud Career

  • He was expected as an alternative stallion of Orfevre who is the younger brother and the Triple Crown horse.
He is too small to mate well, so he can’t leave many crops.

Temper

  • Kenichi Ikezoe, the jockey of Dream Journey and Orfevre, said “His temper is more intense than Orfevre’s”.
Because Stay Gold and Dream Journey had a violent temper, the staff were very alert to Orfevre.
Orfevre was quiet, so his staff relieved.
(But when racing, Orfevre showed a violent temper.)
