- Dyna Carle won the the Best Two-Year-Old Filly with three wins in three starts.
- In the Oka Sho, she was 1st favorite.
She lost to Shadai Sophia and finished 3rd. - Dyna Carle and Shadai Sophia were both from the same Shadai Farm, and Dyna Carle was owned by the racing club run by Shadai Group, while Shadai Sophia was owned by Zenya Yoshida, the general manager of Shadai Group.
At that time, Shadai Group had won the title of leading breeder for decades, but had never won the Derby, so Shadai Group felt impatient and ashamed.
Zenya Yoshida decided to run one of the two in the Derby, and after some hesitation, he decided to run Shadai Sophia in the Derby and Dyna Carle in the Oaks. - In the Yushun Himba (Japanese Oaks), she was 2nd favorite.
Shinji Azuma was her jockey for the last two races, but her main jockey, Yukio Okabe, returned as her rider.
She took the lead about 200 meters before the finish line, but the other horses were chasing her.
At the end, five horses crossed the finish line at the same time.
As a result of the photo judging, Dyna Carle came in 1st, and the difference in finishes from 1st to 5th was by a nose, a head, a nose, and a head.
She won the Oaks, one of the eight major races. - In the Radio Nippon Sho St.Lite Kinen, she finished 2nd and Mejiro Heine finished 1st.
It was a one-two finish by the two fillies.
No filly has won the St. Light Kinen since Mejiro Heine’s victory until now in 2021. - Dynacar then did well, finishing 4th in the Arima Kinen.
She was retired after the 1985 Nakayama Kinen.
As a broodmare
- She also did a great deal as a broodmare.
Dyna Carle’s progeny, mainly Air Groove and her descendants, are still active today. - Through September 2021, the following of her descendants have won G1 races.
Dyna Carle – Air Groove – Admire Groove – Duramente – Rulership (- Curly Angel) – Orewa Matteruze There are also many other of her descendants who have won G2 and G3 races.
- Rulership has produced many offspring as a stallion.
- Duramante died prematurely, so his time as a stallion was short, but he produced many offspring.
