In the Satsuki Sho, he was 6th favorite.
The track condition was soft.
He showed his stamina and power in the bad track conditions to finish 2nd.
The winner was Victoire Pisa.
He didn’t fare much better after that.
Since December of 2010, he has finished in the top three in G3 and G2 races.
In the Sankei Osaka Hai, he was 1st favorite.
He won the race, defeating Eishin Flash, Danon Chantilly, Captain Thule, Dream Journey and others.
He broke the race record.
It was his first win in a year and three months.
In the Tenno Sho (Spring 2011), he was 7th favorite.
The track condition was soft.
It was a tough race, with the other horses getting impatient due to the bad track conditions, and the lead horse being changed several times.
Hiruno d’Amour kept a good position from start.
He passed Namura Crescent to take the lead and finished in 1st place.
It was his first G1 win.
He then went to France to run in the Prix Foy and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
