- He’s been running in the grade-races since he was two years old, but he hasn’t done so well.
- In 2015 (age 5), he won the Nikkan Sports Sho Nakayama Kimpai.
It was his first grade-race win.
He also won the next race, Kyoto Kinen.
He was not good in the long distance races, but he ran well in the middle distance races. - In the Takarazuka Kinen (2015), he was 6th favorite.
Gold Ship was 1st favorite, but he dropped out of the race right after it started.
Lovely Day ran in second position from the front.
He took the lead in the home stretch and won.
