- His speed was appreciated but he was too tempered.
In the third race from his debut, he didn’t turn the corner and shook off his jockey. - In 1998 (age 4), he finished in 2nd place in the Tenno Sho (Spring), Takarazuka Kinen and Tenno Sho (Autumn).
In the Arima Kinen, he finished in 3rd place. - In 1999 (age 5), he continued to finish in 2nd and 3rd place, following the previous year.
He gained unique popularity.
He was nicknamed “The Silver and Bronze Collector”. - In 2000 (age 6), he won the Meguro Kinen.
It was his first victory in two years and eight months.
It was also his first victory in a grade race.
Despite the G2 race in the rain on Saturday, the crowd cheered and applauded him comparable to G1 race.
His trainer and his groom cried when they saw the situation. - In 2001 (age 7), he won the Nikkei Shinshun Hai.
- In the Dubai Sheema Classic, he won passing Fantastic Light just before the finish-line.
- Before the Hong Kong Cup, he had never won a G1 race.
It was his last race and his 50th race.
He overtook Ekraar just before the finish-line and won.
His trainer said “It’s a scene you’ll never see, even if it’s in a movie or drama.”
This touching victory led him to the JRA Special Award.
He retired with memories of running with many famous horses.
