    Heart’s Cry couldn’t catch up with her.
    She was the second mare in history to win a Takarazuka Kinen for the first time in 39 years.

    Osumi Haruka was running alone in the top in the home stretch.
    Many people thought Osumi Haruka would win.
    However Sweep Tosho showed a great finishing kick.
    Sweep Tosho passed Osumi Haruka just before the finish-line.

Episode

  • She had a rough temper, so she was a “Stubborn and Selfish Lady”.
  • When she was two to three years old, she hated training and didn’t move at all.
    There were days when she couldn’t train at all.
  • When she was two to three years old, she was often late to start in the races.
  • In the Tenno Sho (Autumn 2005), she didn’t move at all as soon as her jockey rode on her.
    After the jockey went down, she entered the racetrack while being pulled.
  • In the Arima Kinen (2006), she refused to enter the start-gate.
    She didn’t move at all and was pushed into the gate by a lot of people.
  • In 2007 (age 6), she rejected training.
    Her trainer revealed that she could retire without racing because she couldn’t train.
    She then raced but retired that year.
